Hi. I am Diana Salgado and I am an occupational therapist. Since 2008 I have been working in public schools, promoting the participation and inclusion of children with special needs. This year i took an unpaid leave and i am currently living in The Netherlands.
The main challenges of my job are related with work with different persons and Multiple teams. Its also challenging to manage families expectations and the emotional part of my job.
Educate to peace I think its related with create spaces of Open dialogue, promote empathy, raise awareness about diversity and cultural differences.
